My favorite part about Coyo Taco is the salsa bar. There's 5 or 6 different sauces to choose from (not including the various bottles of hot sauce), featuring what I think were red salsa, salsa verde, chipotle salsa, chipotle mayo, and what I think was a mango salsa (similar to the Venezuelan secret yellow sauce at Caracas Arepas in NYC).
