iDoing Headunit in 2016 Forester XT Touring w/ Harman Kardon. So, I took the time to try this little project. The unit cost me about $500. I was honestly unsure which model would work with my certain specs. I researched a lot of videos and paid attention to wiring and harnesses and found one i was confident on.

Then start increasing the phone volume and see if you can get loud output from your sub. That will narrow down the issue to the amp or the idoing. Let me look at your amp settings first though. The iDoing head unit is a lot more slimline and doesn't jut out in the back like the OEM headunit, so it apparently doesn't require the same mounting brackets that the OEM uses (I already checked for this while swapping the vents/HVAC components to the new one).
