International parked regen not working

I bought a used L6060 with 347 hours on it. Now at 380 and the regeneration dash indicator started blinking. Turned on Auto regen control, set to 2100 rpm until the low rpm indicator went out, ran for 30 minutes or so and the regen and parked regen indicators started flashing. Manual says push parked regen control.
