Kawasaki vulcan 800 problems

Hi there I had the same problem with my Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic 2005 B model. After engagement of gears as soon as I let the clutch out she didn't want to go and cut oooot. So after removing the Clutch Lever switch aka the Bullshit Switch and putting a loop into the contacts she was fine. Either but a new switch or do what I did.

The best solution that has been found by the Vulcan community is to go up one step in heat range to the next hotter plug; in the case of the 800, the NGK CR6E. The alternator is in the crankcase and blow-by from the piston rings will pressurize the case if it can't vent. I don't know the 800 engine, but a blowup of the engine should show you where the vent is.
