Trying to use Face Scan , always stuck at 33%. I’m late to the party on RTTS but I am trying to use FaceScan through the app and it’s not completing the upload. Just stuck at 33% on the app. The upload wheel stays spinning and my picture had no errors for quality. I have the newest version of the app with the extension installed.I've been wanting to start my RTTS and I want to do it with the face scan but from what I can tell from the app, the face scan isn't out yet.
