Monster Dogs serves something called the "Seattle Dog" at a cart right outside of a concert hall called Neumos in Seattle. In their defense, for me - it's hard to measure up to a Chicago dog. This hot dog had onions and cream cheese. While it was unique and I certainly ate most of it, I definitely couldn't finish it. It was a bit over the top.
